M. Sinan Oymaci had his high school education at Izmir Atatürk High School. He entered Istanbul Technical University and graduated from Industrial Engineering department, with an MBA degree in Management Information Systems. M. Sinan Oymaci fulfilled his military service in the Turkish Air Force as a computer planning engineer, and later on, worked for the ICT development, service, marketing and sales companies, for 30 years.

He was the senior marketing manager of Link Software, Inc. between 1987-1992. Oymaci, then become the founder and managing partner of TRIO Solution House, Inc. in 1993-2007. Subsequently, between 1997-2007, Oymaci worked as the EMEA Regional Director of Softcom Technology Consulting, Inc. (Canada) and mail2web.com (Canada). More recently, Oymaci was the Regional Director of mail 2 web International AG (Switzerland) Istanbul Liaison office from 2007 until 2009. He was the General Manager of Luna Bilgi ve Haberleşme Teknolojileri between 2010 – 2013 at establishment stage.  Now, He is a Management, Information and Communications Technology Sector Independent Consultant. He is also Technological Life Consultant. He was a member of core team The Percept magazine and. He is an owner and editor of Percept.Press online media and he continues his writings at Percept.Press .

Oymaci is a member of IIE (Institute of Industrial Engineers), TBD (Informatics Association of Turkey), ISOC (Internet Society) Istanbul Chapter, ISOC-ECC (ISOC European Chapters Coordinating Council). He was the president of ISOC Istanbul chapter till 2011.

Oymaci also acted as the General Secretary of TBD Istanbul branch for 2 terms. And he was a board member of TBD 2000-2002.

Oymaci was a freelance writer for weekly newspaper BT/Haber from first issue to 249th issue (1995 – 1999). He managed and wrote articles for weekly internet magazine called netyorum.com . He writes articles for monthly magazine Telepati Telekomunikasyon from 1999.

He is married and has one daughter.
